How to controll case fans?

I bought nzxt s340 and it came with 2 nzxt fans. But the is problem, they are very very loud and i dont know how to controll them. I tried with speedfan but it do not recognize fans( it sees 1 fan and cpu fan, but i cant controll speed of these 2 fans). Is there any other program that will allow me to controll both my fans? I tried to do it in bios but there is no option. Mobo is p5g41t-m lx2/gb (lga775) cpu is q9400. Btw sry for bad english
Edit: or if some1 can help me to get speedfan working properely

you could not control cpu fans speed it is done by bios and on you board you only have a 3 pins fan that will run full speed those fans came wit the case and why only 2 since since you could have more in for better cooling .

Well i got two with case, later i will buy more. So you tell me that there is no way to controll these fans? Btw they are connected to psu, i cant connect them to motherboard

Fans require 3 pins connecter and im using 4pin molex to connect them to psu. I guess only way is to buy fan controller right?
