I really need help

Hi, I don't know if I have a problem or if it's normal. Well, I almost can't play CSGO, I don't know what's wrong with my pc but CSGO runs at 20-40 fps (all LOW/off) when I check Msi Afterbuner The Cpu and Gpu usage never goes up to 20-40% and the game is pretty unplayable.My Pc is not good but should be enough for Csgo : Phenom II x6 1055T, 8Gb Ram 1600Mhz, ASus Rog Gtx 1050 Ti 4Gb. Also the usage of cpu and gpu is the same in other games,In Pubg i get fps drops from 80-100 to 25-40. Anyone can Help ?!

What version of windows are you running?

- Try checking whether windows is set to high performance power scheme under windows power settings, and insure your GPU is set to 100% power as well.

Im using W10 power mode is set to High performance, my Nvidia settings are all set to performance. In Csgo I get 600-1000 fps in lobby but 30-45 in match. I don't know what to do. Can it be a Bios problem?
I have the latest nvidia Drivers 09/5 (yesterday)

Is there possibility for few screenshots of HWMONITOR software while idle and under load ( GPU clocks, temps and usage, CPU clocks and temps and usage)

Do you have integrated graphics on that board? Check Task Manager while playing a game and see if integrated graphics utilization seems high.

Yes I Have Integrated graphics card but Im using the GTx 1050Ti

I don't know why my ram is at 800mhz and i can't set more than than 933 in Bios :/

Did you by chance upgrade from windows 7/8 to windows 10 recently?

I installed W10, without update, now Csgo uses 12-16% GPU and 20-28% CPU, 30-45 fps

please download/Install HWMONITOR software >> https://www.cpuid.com/downloads/hwmonitor/hwmonitor_1.35.exe
and perform few screen shots of it while your system is idle, then while gaming.
Try performing a clean install of your GPU Nvidia latest driver after cleaning up previous drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) in safe mode >> http://www.guru3d.com/files-get/display-driver-uninstaller-download,19.html
