Alright so my usb ports and wifi is not working on my HP 650 Laptop. Checked in the device manager and Bluetooth Controller, Ethernet Controller, PCI Device, PCI Simple Communications Controller and SM Bus Controller all have the little yellow warning sign on them. Assuming that means they don't have the drivers needed? If so, how am i meant to put the drivers onto the laptop if i cant use the internet or usbs will not work at all?

first, its best to go into all those devices in device manager with an exclimation point and see what code they are reporting. the code it shows will point to what kind of problem it is whether it is bad drivers or something else

if it is drivers, with no internet you will have to get access to another computer to download the drivers, if your laptop has an optical drive you can burn the drivers to a CD or DVD

Reinstalled but was working completely fine before this issue occurred.

when you reinstalled did you format the drive too or was all your data still there after the reinstall?

Formatted the drive.

So the USB is working again since i did what you said (Copy drivers to a dvd then insert it into the laptop) But cant get the wifi to work
