I have cooler master enforcer
http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mid-tower/enforcer/
I already have 200mm front intake and 120mm exhaust on the back which came with case.

I'm planning to get more fans for top, i can attach two 120mm or one 200mm fan on top.

What should i do, do i get two 120mm and make it exhaust or something else?

Solution

Top and back positions should be exhaust, the rest intakes.

Yes, you can check the fan specification for airflow and pressure values. Usually a single value is posted according to the highest RPM, but it gives a good estimate.

In terms of cooling +/- does not play any role, as long as you have air moving, it is good for heat convention. Positive pressure is recommended to push the dust out, especially if you lack filters on your intakes.

You are looking for case fan(s), either a 200mm one or two 120. Since it is a case fan it does not have to be a pressure fan. Not knowing how many fan headers your motherboard has, you might need a splitter cable if you go with 2x120. That would be a $5-6 extra cost. Here are some recommendations:

The Cooler Master MasterFan MF200R with rgb lights cost $20 https://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-R4-200R-08FC-R1-MF200R-Take/dp/B0787G3W1K/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1526031578&sr=1-1&keywords=Cooler+Master+MasterFan+MF200R
BitFenix Spectre Pro comes 5 bucks cheaper.

A pair of 120mm Scythe fans cost aproxx $25

Right now my both my case fans are connected via molex cable from my PSU.
So i think that i have two 4pin sysfan slots.
I was thinking of getting cheaper cooler master sickleflow 120mm fan but i think they 3pin so can i put them on 4 pin one?
If i run them via molex/3pin then at what speed do they run since i can't control them.

3 pin cables can be plugged onto a 4 pin header, they are compatible and work fine.

Ok lastly i want to know what is better for maintaining cooling of GPU, positive air pressure or negative?
I have one 200mm intake and one 120mm exhaust on back.
Should i go double 120mm exhaust or as intake in top?
