I wan to build a PC but I don't know if I'm forgetting something or if there are better solutions to this. My budget is 400€. I want to use my PC for emulation, RPG Maker XP, as well as some AAA games. Nothing too major. Keep in mind that it's € not $, so don't get mixed up with the prices.

Specs I would buy normally:
RAM: 2x Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 4GB DDR4-2400MHz (100,12€)
CPU: AMD A8-9600 (59,22€)
CPU Cooler: Arctic Alpine 11 Rev. 2 (13,66€)
Motherboard: MSI A320M Gaming Pro (71,44€)
GPU: Asus GeForce GT 1030 2GB (90YV0AU0-M0NA00) (100,00€)
Power Supply: It's a Cooler Master 460W power supply that I got from my old PC if the specs need more power please tell me.
Hard Drive: SSD KINGSTON SA400S37/120G SSDNOW A400 120GB 2.5'' SATA3 (already have it)

Also, I need a case for it so if anybody can recommend a budget but not trash case I would appreciate it. Lastly, I'm from Greece, so prices might be a bit different depending on where you're from.

Your current storage and PSU would be fine, the biggest thing to get from the build I posted is the CPU/MB/RAM and to hold off on the dedicated GPU for now. Then having the B350 and overclocking the CPU/iGPU(Vega 8) will give you similar performance to the 1030.

I'm terrible with locations however something like this would be a bit better. You'd want to overclock the CPU to around 3.7+ range and the iGPU is close performing to the GT 1030. The PSU would allow for a better dedicated GPU later on.

Just a head's up you'll be gaming around 720P/60hz on lower settings.

So you mean I should just buy one 4GB ram stick? Sorry I'm new to this, this is gonna be my first build so I can;t really understand what you're talking about. By the way, can you speak Greek or are you just living there, just so I can make this easier for myself .

Thank you for helping me out here. But do you think that I have to buy a new power supply or hard drive? I know 120 GB isn't a lot of storage and I also have a 2TB hdd from my last PC. I'm asking you because I could save quite a few money if I don't buy the power supply and the hard drive. Also, 3A were optional, so don't take the 3A gaming factor too seriously.

oh, and I can't find the exact ram in my country, so what if I buy the ones on my build? If not, what if I buy:
