No display from GPU or MOBO, and none of USB ports work.

Alright so I'm a bit lost on where to go with this and my time is rather valuble at the moment. So my mobo is Gigabyte technology co ltg GA-78LMT-USB3 6.0 (SOCKET M2) and I'm unable to get any preview from the mobo graphics, the graphics card, as well as any power when connecting a usb device. It drives me nuts because sosmetimes when I take the cable out and re-insert it, the monitor will come out of standby mode, but then it says, "no display"

Can someone please give me an idea of where to go with this? I can't get to post and I work from home so I'm losing money day by day.

You need to list your equipment, but at the end of the day, only put in things 1 at a time and try it out, CPU and 1 stick of memory, plug in monitor, that's all you need to start the process of whats wrong. Add things until it stops working.
If its not working with just CPU and 1 Ram, change ram slot and ram....

CPU was working fine and fan does spin. hasn't been moved in any recent event.

tried the ram, did not work.

So with just the CPU and Ram - and cable plugged into onboard Graphics - you get nothing at all?
Fans on motherboard you said were not spinning?
unplug all other fans, keep it back to basics, maybe one of the case fans have broken and it causing it not to boot.
Cpu + fan and 1 ram stick. Remove everything else that is attached to the motherboard, including headers that go to the front of your case (just remember where they were plugged in).

Case fans are spinning (plugged it in, all fans are spinning), cpu with ram and fans, no display, from either gpu or onboard.

I guess at this point, I'm trying to figure out if it's the CPU or the mobo? How do I test this?

Also, no power to USB, from any of the ports.
