So this morning I overclocked my 980ti Windforce. Was running fine the first time I applied these clocks and benched it day before (+100mhz core, +400mhz memory and 110 power target). I played some games for an hour or 2. This morning applied the same clocks and the screen went green when I loaded into a game. Powered down and reset. I ran stock settings and the core clock drops from 1350mhz to 597mhz over 5 seconds. Memory, core clock and tdp are Up and down in msi after burner. Very unstable. The temperature won’t even pass 55c. If I try to play games it’s terrible. From 60fps to 19 every 5 seconds. I tried a different power supply and it’s not the issue. I borrowed a friends gpu and it ran fine in my system. I think I damaged the card. I was wondering if there’s a bios reset I can try:/

It is a 980ti.
They haven't been made for a long time. I am sure it is out of warranty.

There are some programs you can download that allows you to access the BIOS etc. Most of these are used in the Mining community.
I think the software is called POLARIS, last time I checked it was 1.6.7 but could be more now.
