Do you guys think I should I do gtx 780 + AMD A8 7650K (I have the cpu rn) Or should I upgrade to a gtx 1050ti 4gb?

A 1050ti is a downgrade from a GTX 780, not an upgrade. Regardless, there's no real benefit to upgrading from a 780 with this CPU, which is already likely to have some bottlenecking with a 780. If you don't already have the 780, if the 1050ti is significantly cheaper, go with it since you're limited by your FM2+ platform.
