Looking for help getting good parts for gaming pc

I would like to make my on gaming pc, but i cant choose the parts myself. My budget would be around 1000 euros with monitor and keyboard. So if you can help me to choose right components that work together. Plus it would be good if the pc isnt a total potato what if would be if I choose the parts.

I read some articles in the net, that said some parts are really expensive right now bc of bitcoin mining, is it true and is it worth to wait some time as they suggest? Btw your pc looks good to me, but how much does that power supply costs.

Can you say if it worth to wait to RAM prices go down?

RAM is so unpredictable right now... And personally I don't see the reason to wait. It's only 60ish dollars more for a 16gb set MAX, so sure it's not great but it's really not as awful as people make it out to be.
