CPU idle tempreture too high with an AIO

So i just built and new rig but there is one big problem, CPU overheating.

I am using a NZXT Kraken x62 to cool a Ryzen 2600. In bios the temps are around 30 degrees celcius but when i go into Windows it hovers around 75 degrees celcius.

I have replaced the thermal paste and even tried cooling with the stock cooler to no avail. In the CAM software i set the pump and fan speed to 100% and still no chage in temps.

Any suggestions on what to do?

This is an issue with how the temps are being read by different programs for such a new chip.

I have a 2700x and both HWmonitor and the bios say my idle temp is 36c. However some programs like CoreTemp say its 95c, yet my cpu fan is barley moving. I noticed the version date on some of these programs is many months before the 2k series Ryzen chips were released. I think they need work.

Reinstall your AIO. You are fine. Use HWmonitor or AMD Ryzen Master for accurate readings. These programs are up to date with 2k Ryzen cpus.
Just to make sure, can you load Hardware Info and check temps in hardware info...Also, when you load the CPU what happens? If it is trully overheating the CPU would shut down and protect itself maybe worth trying Prime 95 to make sure it is not a sensor error.

So here is the information I have

In BIOS the CPU temperature is 26 degrees Celsius
When I boot into the OS the following programs report the following temperatures:
CAM, Speccy, CorsairLink all report 70-80 degrees idle.
HWMonitor and AMD Ryzen Master report 20-30 degrees idle.
Only in AIDA64 do I see around 25 for CPU temp and around 75 for CPU diode temp.
What does this mean? What are the two temps? And which one is important?
Could this be a sensor error or CPU manufacturing error?

At 100% fan and pump speed in AIDA64 stress test i am seeing 44 degrees after 10 minutes but in other programs they report above 90.

Looks like a sensor error as your CPU is not overheating as otherwise it would have shut down during the AIDA 64 stress test, also the BIOS temp reading is correct. I would reinstall windows and everything else once more...A clean new install....before going further. CAM has been known to be finicky....

Touch the pipes from the cooler near the CPU, do they feel hot to the touch or not?
If they do, then the pump is probably faulty.
If they feel room temp (plus a little), then the temperature is reading faulty.

I recently had similar problem with h100i - the cpu temp went to 100'C I touched the pipes, they were very hot.
