Right now I currently have a PC with these following specs:
CPU : AMD A10 7850K
GPU : none
RAM : 8 GB 4x2 DDR3L
MB : Gigabyte G1 Sniper A88X
PSU : Corsair VS450
HDD : Seagate 500GB

As of now im thinking to get a HD 7870 or a R9 270x for my gpu since currently im using my APUs integrated graphics and I want to get more fps playing my favorite games, and the HD 7870 requires a recommended amount of 500Ws for the PSU and im worried of getting it when I have a 450W PSU, so can anyone tell me if my PSU supports it or not? Or I should get another GPU?

Solution
Not the greatest psu but yes , a vs450 can handle a 270x

They run upto 180w max depending on model , bringing you in at around 350w absolute max system power draw.

Just be careful buying secondhand , these are old cards now & are likely to have been under heavy use.

I would be looking for a gtx 960 over these if you can find one.

I wish i could buy them at those prices, but too bad the shipping prices to here is expensive, and if they reached here the items should go through the customs where I need to pay 50% the items price. And if I were to buy the new gpu's here it would cost more than normal, like the gtx 1050 ti where it costs $219 there but around $290 here. :/

I think a 7870xt is pushing the boundaries of your psu .

These are 200w + cards & run very hot, theyre essentially a cut down 7950 that actually use a more power.
I owned a powercolor model years ago , a good performing card but very hard to keep cool.

Drop some prices here on what's available to you.

Therefore, you need to order from newegg, right?

Also if you are charged more import cost, newegg pay it.

how is a gtx 1050 ti $3,668,526.00?

You haven't mentioned your country, maybe it's expensive shipping to MARS, but we really have no idea where you are. So help will be limited. Don't forget, other people from your country probably can help you on this website, but if no one knows where you are, everyone can only offer you limited advice.
