Hi, as the title says I'm looking to buy a new mechanical keyboard, however, I've run into an issue.
Right now I'm using a Logi G19, which has 2 columns x 3 "banks", meaning 12 keys, 36 saved macros/profile, set up the way I like.
Looking around on Amazon and a whole lot of other places, it seems all the newer mech boards have either just one column of macro keys or none at all. The only option I've found with the same or greater functionality is the older K95 with 3 columns (NOT the Platinum with one), which I can only find as a refurb unit.
Am I missing something or am I right in that being my only option? Is there some disadvantage to more than 1 column besides the larger physical size?
I'm sure the K95 would be fine, but I'd just rather buy new than used/refurb if possible while not sacrificing functionality.
I'd love to hear any opinions/suggestions anyone has on the matter.
