My fps are low how to fix this!!!

I have Intel BX80677I77700 Core i7-7700 Desktop Processor 8M Cache, 3.6GHz (Max Turbo Frequency 4.20GHz) 7th Generation

G.SKILL 16GB (2 x 8GB) TridentZ RGB Series DDR4 PC4-24000 3000MHz Desktop Memory Model F4-3000C14D-16GTZR

Nvidia GEFORCE GTX 1070 Ti - FE Founder's Edition

ASUS ROG STRIX Z270F GAMING LGA1151 DDR4 DP HDMI DVI M.2 ATX Motherboard with USB 3.1

While I was playing Far Cry 5 and test benchmarked my fps were so poor it was 30ps and sometimes it drop to 28fps wtf!

My resolution is 1920 x 1080p and ultra settings v-sync on

try to get ur vsync off !! and now bench mark it !! ANd also while benchmarking monitor the Gpu usage and cpu usage by MSI afterburner !! AS per ur case goes 1070ti can easily kik that game above 70 fps at ultra 1080p .. BUt in ur case i thing GPU usage might be causing problem but just to verify that use afterburner AND UPDATE me whats the result !

it's still the same I was expecting for it to be high as 80fps or 90fps cuz I was watching youtube benchmarking on this game they had like 70-70fps and they have the same gpu as me so idk what's the problem here is it bottlenecking? idk

HAve u some how enabled a option to limit ur fps just check that out ! And also is ur gpu bieng used 100 percent at those settings , along with ur cpu ?

I did I did and no it's not being used 100 percent my gpu would die lol

Gpu are meant to be used 100 percent .. U shoudnt be worring about the usage in terms of gpu but the temperature it running at should be ur major concern .
