Just got a new rca tablet with docking keyboard. When I turned it on, I immediately received a blue screen error code of 0xc0000185. I turned it off and turned it back on to get a message about a stop code 0xc000021a. What can I do?

0xc0000185 has something to do with the hard drive, might need to get a new one, and 0xc000021a has to with 2 files in windows, which are winlogon.exe and csrss.exe
You could probably return the device back and get another one
