I tried to create a new .txt (text) file and it says something like it doesnt exist, but it does exist. When i try to delete it, it says file not found. I think my computer is not working properly. Can you help me?

Where did you try to save this file at? Try saving it in a different directory. It may be trying to save to a place you don't have permissions to create things in. If some rights were removed it can do funny stuff like let you create a file, but then not see it or be able to open it.

Did you try rebooting to see if that file is still there after a reboot?
