When I copy file for example from desktop to new folder, he moves the file but doesn't delete the original one if you know what I mean.. Anyone?
This depends on where the To and From is.
Copying between two folders on the same drive, the default action is to MOVE.
Between folders on different drives, the default action is COPY.
