New custom CPU, OS on USB and cds for mobo & GPU. .NO DISPLAY HELP

I connected everything together in my newly custom-built CPU and I get no display I have the HDMI cable going from my monitor to my graphics card and still no display & all fans are working. The entire desktop was tested before being mailed to me the only piece I installed was the GPU and yes I installed it correctly. I don't know why I can't see anything I can't go into the BIOS because there's no display

Due to the way infinity fabric works Ryzen performs best with fast dual channel ram.

Hopefully trying to use DDR2 in a DDR4 slot hasn't damaged anything.

Lol sorry, yes that would be helpful huh. Okay the CPU build is aN AMD Ryzen 5 1500x, mobo is a B350M Mortar, GPU is a Geoforce GTX1050 2GB GDDR5. No OS,but windows 10 pro on flash drive. I'm using HDMI (only display option) & a 20" Sceptre Monitor

Ok, I checked plugs & restarted it. It beeped one long beep(1st time EVER) so that means the internal cable was prob loose. Also one long beep is RAM right (mem sticks?) I took 2 of 4 out still beeped so I'll take all out and do 1 to check
