I boot the pc, 15 seconds later CPU at 100 degrees C doing nothing

This isn't the first time this happens, when it happened in the past I changed the cooler and problem fixed.
Same thing happens with other cooler
Turns out that my pc is a watercooler killing machine, what could be going wrong since the cooler "turns on" and it seems to be working fine but in the end it isn't just doing the job ( the cooler worked well for 2 months).
i got the cpu fans running at 100%

Pc specs :
CPU : I7700K w/o OC
GPU:1080TI also no OC
Cooler : nzxt kraken x62

First thought is a badly installed cooler block on the CPU.
Second thought is the pump not working.
There is no third thought.

Any fix for that ? Or just buy a new one ?

First, verify the actual install. Is it properly installed? (this may require a new application of thermal paste)
Second, verify the pump is actually working. Is it properly connected? How have you verified this?

the pump must not be working on the cooler. If the pump was working, even if the fans weren't you wouldn't hit 100C that quickly. Not sure why your pc is killing water coolers. but it's definitely a dead pump

Well apparently the pump is just there, has the nzxt lights but nothing, no sign of life
