The cpu does not display the image thats the gpu. They are just telling you lies or something.
For pubg the 7400 would be better but the 750ti will be an issue. So thats why my recommendation was a ryzen 3 (or 5) + 1050.

Any reason you aren't getting a cheaper ryzen 3 combo or going for the 8th gen i3?
Both are the better options since you have upgrades in the future.

A ryzen 3 + 1050 would be the best combo (might even be able to get a ryzen 5 in there for the same price).

4 actual cores + a way better upgrade path. Single core wise the i3 will beat it by a bit but in multi core games the ryzen will pull ahead a bit (basically all recent games from the past 2 years).

I'll list a couple popular ones (most since 2015 are using full 4 cores or more).

Overwatch
Fortnite
Battlefield 4
Battlefield 1
GTA V
The witcher 3
Final fantasy 15
Doom
...

It's a really long list.

Rendering it's better than the i3 and with a very very small oc a ryzen 1200 will perform the same as a 7400.
