For games like:
- Fortnite
- CS:GO
- Overwatch
- WoW

I already have :
- CPU : i5-4460 @ 3.20GHz
- GPU : GTX 970
- RAM : 8GB Kingston DDR3 1333MHz

I would appreciate some suggestions about the rest: case, MOBO, PSU, CPU fan and HDD
I don't know how much exactly I would like to spend but the parts I need should be kind of proportionate in price and perfomance to what I already have. Thanks

Solution
Any B85, H87, Z87, H97, Z97 that suits your storage needs and budget and looks. With a locked cpu like the 4460, OC performance isn't necessary. So it's not really all that important, any will work just fine.

For a gtx970, you'll want a decent 520w or 550w, emphasis on decent. It's the psu, so don't skimp on quality.

You don't need a good cpu cooler, the stock one is fine, but they do get loud under moderately heavy use, so an upgrade might be advised, just for piece of mind.

Case, kinda depends on your aesthetics, you don't need a full tower, atx mid, micro or even mITX would be better, but must also fit other components like gpu length, cpu cooler height and mobo size.

Optical. Upto you, some want them, some don't, some could...

Storage. Recommend an SSD, it'll make the OS far snappier and seriously decrease load times on maps etc.

Add another 8GB ram stick, to get 16GB ram.
8GB ram is the minimum now.

That PSU is not a quality unit, and single channel ram would hurt performance.

I went with a bit beefier PSU, as some highly clocked GTX 970 could be a bit power hungry. It wasn't much more. 500gb SSD should allow for enough storage, to put those 4 games on without hitting close to the storage limit of the drive. You do not want to run an SSD near capacity.

That would work too, except the psu is crap. The psu is the absolute worst component to try and skimp on, it needs to be of adequate size for the job and as high a quality as you can reasonably budget for. The Evga 500/600w W/B are ok for Office type applications, but with high/hard demand pc's like what comes with a gtx970, you really need a psu oriented for gaming genre. With Evga, that'd be the B2/G2/G3 series, and not the NEX. It's the difference between a 7/10year warranty and excellent or better outputs and a 3yr warranty with mediocre outputs, questionable platform and low grade internal components.

Here's an example of what 'cheap' gets you. Pay attn. to the claimed wattage and actual wattage.
