Anyone know the clock generator for the i7 920? I have a prebuilt Dell Studio XPS 435T/9000 and I want to try to overclock the CPU. Yes, I know about the risks and i know its not recommended to overclock inside of Windows. But this system is close to its end and im about to get a new one anyways. The Motherboard inside of the system is the Dell 0X501H btw if that matters.

The Clockgen,SetFSB method doesn't do much because you can't raise Voltage. Throttlestop and one of the various unlocked CPUs can produce good results.
W3570 Xeon is dirt cheap, and W3680 is a beast. We would love to see some XPS results posted there. Update your BIOS and chipset drivers first.
