Hello my mate is really in need of a new PC That he needs to just be able to browse the internet and maybe Fortnite Low settings all under £150.
I've had a look it seems the GT 1030 2GB And the Dell 790 SFF Or MT with the I3 2120 Is the best way round.
I know these Dells can always be upgraded to the I5 2400 or max I7 2600.
Thanks can anyone help as we're looking for the best under that price. I know the 750ti is good but the PSU May be an issue.

Thank you

Solution
Get the MT Mini Tower size. Aftermarket PSUs fit, full height GPUs and full power PCIe slots come in these. The 45* turned CPUs were LGA775 BTX systems.
Newer types are better. Go to userbenchmark.com look up each system you're interested in, and see what CPUs are being run, and what relative performance they produce. The best GPUs that run off of the PCIe slot are the GTX1050Ti 4GB, GTX1050 2GB, GTX 750Ti, GTX1030 in that order. Be careful not to get one that needs a 6 PIN PCIe cable.

Don't go with SFF (Small Form Factor), whenever it's Dell, HP etc.
Before buying - go to Dell' website, with model number in hand, Support section, and get service manuals. See what parts are inside. Avoid custom motherboards (ones where CPU is at 45degrees in the middle of the board)
