Does my motherboard support Ryzen 7 2700

Hi, I purchased an Asus ROG Strix B350-i Gaming motherboard for use with a 2700 (non x) . I just wanted to know if i can still install the 2700 eventhough there is no apu support. Ill be using the mobo with a 1070 anyway. The mobo has had its bios updated already...

Add one more info. You may need the old cpu to update the BIOS, and you can borrow one from AMD. Here is the info:

So long as you are running BIOS version 3803 or newer, yes your motherboard supports that CPU.
