i notice all my games start to freeze then come back, and when i check gpu tweak 2 my gpu clock mhz is idle as if im idle, in ncp, settings are max performance, its made my pc un playable? its locked in idle it wont even raise a spike, it even keeps freezing as im typing this

Uninstall any software that has an Overclocking capabilites, that is software/driver conflict usually with amd.

I said thats usually with amd since amd has its own overclocking software built in as you install drivers for it, basicly after you tried overclocking with amd software (forgot name) and then using MSI these 2 programs conflict since I have amd card.
I never experienced with nvidia since i dont use their control panel at all (Dont have it installed).
