High GPU temperatures?

So I have been getting really high temperatures that I could feel inside the room, since my PC is on the ground, right next to my legs and I could feel the heat coming up. It was a CPU related issue(90C while gaming), I managed to fix that and lower it to 60C with a CoolerMaster.
However, now I feel some high temperatures again while gaming, my GPU temps go at max 70-73C, is that normal? I place my hand close to the GPU location but I don't feel too much heat, the problem is that when I place my hand on the PSU it is a bit hot. My question is: can a PSU get hotter while gaming? If yes, is there a fix to this? I am a bit concerned and I am afraid if my system might blow..
Also, the PSU is located just above my GPU's fans, maybe this affects it?

Solution
No, really you shouldn't worry about temps about PSU since its EVGA and they are pretty reliable PSU's.
CPU for intel is safe under 80*C, GPU can hower around 80*C since that is their normal operating temperature at gaming or high loads.

I keep my i3-4170 around 80*C since im gonna swap it soon. and I've been running it for a 2 years.
