How to fix a GPU with artifacts?

So, I have a RX 480 8gb and it's showing loads of artifacts ingame and still quite often in non-gaming use. The card is past it's warranty, so I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to make this usable.

CPU: i5-7600k
GPU: RX 480 8gb
Motherboard: ASUS STRIX Z270E
RAM: 32gb ddr4
PSU: NEX750B (750 watts)

The card isn't overclocked, and it doesn't seem to be getting abnormally hot. I've also taken it apart and dusted / replaced thermal paste. The card came out of the box like this, but since it's past warrenty, is there anything I can do???

EDIT: Also, the drivers are up to date and would there be any sense in baking the card to see if anything changes?

Unfortunately, that didn't improve the artifacts all that much even at the lowest frequencies.

The larger artifacts flash and shift.
