My pc wont turn on when I connect the psu cable to gpu

Hello,
So today I wanted to just clean up my pc and get rid of those cables
So I unplugged every cables and plugged them back in but after I wanted to turn on the pc it just flashed and turned off so I unplugged the psu cable from my gpu and it just turned on normally
I really need help
Cant handle anymore without my games lol


My rig
Gpu...rx480 rog strix 8gb
Cpu core i5 7500
Psu green 650w
Asus b150 plus

And no I dont have any other gpu or pc and I really dont have the money for any new parts I've had this problem once it got fix with I dont know what I was just doing somethin

So thats all
Really love to get back to my games so help me tnx XD

Is your PSU modular? Also, make sure your using the CPU power cable in the CPU...

Is your PSU modular? Also, make sure your using the CPU power cable in the CPU plug and you don't have a PCI-E power plugged into your CPU header or the CPU power plugged into the GPU.

Try unplugging the GPU cables and reinstalling them maybe they weren't put in correctly, sometimes they take a bit of force to be put in properly.

Im such and idiot I was plugging the cpu cable as u said in the gpu and I did not even plugged anything for cpu
