General rule of thumb for updates, if it's not a patch for security, if you have no issues with your system now, leave it as it is. One of the best ways of breaking a system is to try to fix something that is no an issue. While there is almost no risk in a BIOS update, unless there is a fix in the new version you need to run, no need to run it.
