I want the best price/value components so I can play probably the newest games after 4-5 years, even at low graphics.I want a pc like my old one which I am using for 11 years.

i3-8100
Asrock b360m pro4
2x4GB 2400MHz DDR4 CL14
1TB WD Blue 7200RPM 64MB
EVGA 430W 80 PLUS
Palit gtx 1050 ti 4GB

i5-8400
ASROCK h370 pro4
2x8GB 2666MHz DDR4 CL16
1TB WD Blue 7200RPM 64MB
Corsair CX550M
after around 6-8 months I plan to buy gtx 1070

I am not sure if gtx 1070 will be a good card after 6-8 months, but I cant afford it now.
Which configuration will be a better for future use?

Thank you for your time!

what about to buy gtx 1070 after 6-8 months? or it is better to buy the first configuration with gtx 1050ti and not waiting 6 months?

I want to get a new pc mainly for android studio but I also want to game on it. So I can spend more time on android these 6 months and then buy the video and smash the games. :D
I won't have troubles with android studio, will I? It doesn't seem to require a powerful graphics card.

On a future proofing level the 8400 setup is way better, better cpu, twice as much ram (& faster) & a far better psu.

If you can manage without the gpu for the time being a better option.

The i3 8100 ??

You'll find yourself upgrading cpu & ram 2 years down the line & likely the psu too.
