No BIOS when booting up brand new PC

I built a brand new rig that currently has no operating system in it. so when i boot it up does it need to show some kind of bios even if there's no OS. MSI gave me bios drivers but I am not sure what to do. I am currently copying the files of the bios drivers disc to my USB to try and boot it up. PLS help me and tell me if its necessary

If it has time - it shows you bios logo for few seconds. To get into the bios press Del few times right after turning on your pc.
If you have no device to boot from you usually see the message: "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key".
You don't need drivers for bios/uefi, you need drivers for OS Windows. To boot from Boot Media press F11 few times right after turning on and select the Boot device.

if your new rig is an intel with an ipgpu or and amd with onboard video. and you also have a reg video card installed. move the video cable to the mb video port. see if that port is the first output port where the f2 bios message will show. if it is under priamny display set it to use the gpu and move the cable. for windows use the free windows media creation tool and a blank usb stick to make a bootable usb stick.
