Csgo running very badly just beginning this month.

Hi hi
I have always been running csgo with 200-300 fps (on the hardest to run maps) but starting this may 2018 I'm only running 90-180fps pls help me
Specs:
Gtx 10606gb
Ryzen 5 1600
8gb ram
And a 5008gb ssd

Disable Windows 10 Game Mode and disable windows 10 full screen optimization. Use AfterBurner to see the CPU and GPU stats are ok, if they are then t is probably windows...
