Hi,
first of all my rig:
CPU: Intel Pentium G4400
MOBO: Gigabyte H110M DS2, DDR3 model
GPU: AMD Radeon R7 250 1GB GDDR5
RAM: DDR3 1x8GB 1600MHz
HDD: Seagate 320GB 7200RPM
PSU: Seasonic Focus+ Gold 550W

I have a lot of struggles while gaming on this paricular rig. When i bought this pc back in december 2015 DDR4 in my country was almost two times more expensive than DDR3 that's the only reason why I bought DDR3 over DDR4. I want to upgrade it, I play Fortnite and CS:GO, with a lost of frame drops, so I made a brief list of potential upgrades regarding the prices in my country, I3 8100 with ASRock B360 pro4 and 2x4 2400MHZ DDR4 Crucial ballistix is about 320 euros, if i leave H110 and single kit of DDR3 i can but for a bit less price i7 7700, or i5 7500 with Samsung EVO 860. Any sorf of build with Ryzen but Ryzen 3 1200 is over 350 euros and over my budget as well. Btw neither amazon nor newegg ships to my country.
I want to achieve stable 200fps, when i bought this pc I was able to get 180 fps in competitive and about 100 in FFA DM, stable, but today i'm barely even able to jooin ffa dm without getting kicked for being afk because of too much drops i cant move
I have reinstalled windows several times, i have fortnite, csgo and chrome on my drive now but still, i change thermal compound every month or two...
i dont need answers like man your pc is bad etc plz <3

Well, at least you got the PSU right, so +1 for that. As far as upgrading your PC to match the gaming needs, you only need to replace the GPU. R7 250 is way too weak for today's standards and it's 1GB of VRAM is also too less.

For GPU upgrade, best would be GTX 1060, either 3GB or 6GB version,

If GTX 1060 is too pricey for you, you'll get huge boost with GTX 1050 Ti as well,

While G4400 is at the low end of Skylake family CPUs, it's 2 cores and 2 threads should be enough for your gaming needs with GTX 1000 series GPU. Still...

While G4400 is at the low end of Skylake family CPUs, it's 2 cores and 2 threads should be enough for your gaming needs with GTX 1000 series GPU. Still, there's not much point to go with new CPU-MoBo-RAM combo since your MoBo supports all Skylake and Kaby Lake CPUs. Though, you might need to update BIOS prior using the Kaby Lake CPUs (Intel 7th gen).

Best CPU you can go for would be i7-7700K. While you can't OC it, the K-version offers much faster base clock (4.2 Ghz) over non-K version of i7-7700 (3.6 Ghz).

Cheapest CPU upgrade for you would be either i5-6400 or i5-7400. Since with Core i5, you'll get 4 cores and 4 threads which will help with gaming but not as much as going with new GPU.
Note: i3-8100 has the same exact performance as i5-7500,
