This problem appeared after I plugged cables out of my PC and carried it to another place via car, so the computer was carried safe and no way it was hit or damaged. I've tried many things. Removing CMOS battery, plugging out power cable and holding power button for 30 secs, reseating RAM and cleaning it using eraser and even cleaning inside of the computer from dust. None of them worked for me. The problem isn't with the monitor for sure. I hooked PC up with another one, still no signal. There is LED on my keyboard which lights up when it powers up. The LED doesn't light up. So I'm assuming that my mouse doesn't work either. Any help will be appreciated.

Solution
The shocks might have damaged the board. Try reinstalling the components, CPU included. An internal speaker might help in troubleshooting.
