So bascially i bought a new build for a friend, but seems it wont boot, i checked the ram sticks, 1 by 1, different slots etc, no joy, then it came to a thought that the bios is out of date.

I've been looking around on the internet for a solution and i cant find nothing, so I'm wondering if anyone on here can give me some advice, I've heard all about the boot kits etc, and using a older CPU, but most of this isn't available to me or time line is rather short. and consdiering i bought most of this from amazon i cant go to my local store and get them to upgrade it for me.
