GTX 960 Low +12v

I just installed a new GTX 960 4gb card in my computer and am having issues with games crashing and whatnot. After looking into it, I found that the +12v is running slightly low (around 11.7v) and I am wondering if this could be the cause.
Specs:
450w 80 plus bronze PSU
Ryzen 3 2200g @ 3.5 ghz
8gb ddr4 ram (2x 4gb)
GTX 960 4gb

Now from what I understand, my power supply should be sufficient for what is in my build so can anyone tell me why it would be running lean?

with power supplus the higher end units and better brands have tighter atx voltage reg. the cheaper units when tested as long as they stay within a set voltage range for the atx spec (atx wiki). there still good. so you can have a power supply that low or high on any of the rails and still be a passed unit. use hardware info set it to logging and sensor see if under gaming loads the voltage goes lower if it does rma the unit for a refund. pick up a seasonic 620w unit. for the money there old work horse power supplys and you should be fine with that unit.

That is not true. Every brand is capable of selling crap and every brand does sell crap.

So you think 11.61V is good, but 11.59V is bad, and there’s no difference between 11.6V and 12V? That isn’t how it works. The lower the voltage regulation the better.

Using software to monitor voltages will mislead you, because it isn’t accurate. It isn’t taken from the PSU, rather somewhere on the motherboard. To accurately measure voltage you need to use a digital multimeter.

No. Even if OP’s PSU was only delivering 11.7V, an upgrade to a still low end group regulated power supply won’t do any better. Because that Seasonic 620w’s voltage regulation and Crossload is poor.
