I'm new to PC building and I have a Z370 GAMING PRO CARBON AC motherboard and I don't know how to download drivers without an optical drive to put the CD it comes with in.

Please give step by step explanation.

Your best getting from the manufacturers website as you dont know how long the motherboard has been sat on the shelf so they could be out of date drivers.

There is not an individual drive for the CD drive. just install the audio, chipset, vga and lan
