Whatever settings give you the compromise between performance and visual quality you are comfortable with. Some people favor graphics quality over frame rates, some favor frame rates over quality, some don't want to compromise and buy 1080Ti and even put two of those in SLI.

I'm surprised it runs at all on that system. You're most likely going to have to put the resolution down pretty low and have graphics set to low as well.

Probably around medium, with low and potentially high in some areas, although you won't necessarily get a good consistent FPS.
