Is As rock z370 extreme 4 good for over clocking i7 8700k

Hi am building a new PC and am confused on what motherboard to buy, am from India and motherboards are pretty expensive here say Asus rog strix z370 e costs 21000 rupees i.e 300 dollars. So would like to know which motherboard gives good overclocking performance @low cost.
My options are msi z370 gaming pro carbon ac ($265) , Asus prime z370-a ($270), gigabyte aorus z370 gaming 5 ($265) or ASRock extreme 4 ($220)

go for the ex4, it's has two variants, one is good, one is excellent. either way, both are adequate (5x2 phases) for mid to high OC, the SM7341EH variant has the power delivery of msi/asus prime/and asus rog, the Fairchild fdpc5030sg variant offers similar output but less heat on the vrm. Ex4 is probably the best midrange z370 board in power delivery pov.

fairchild is better than sino power, board is already very strong with the sino power mosfet.
as far as i know, unless you remove the heatsink you don't know which variants you have.

So u can't differentiate by looking at the package in a retail store

no, you can't.
Like i said earlier, even the sino power mosfet is as strong if not stronger than the other two that you have mentioned.
