No, all but a few of the higher wattage LC Powers are pure junk. This isn't one of the exceptions. Wouldn't put this in anything but a basic office PC with very old parts that I didn't care about.
But its was working perfectly fine, with the 750ti, and the other things, we haven't tried it yet with the 1050ti, its only using 15w more then his old card. So we'll see.
That's not how PSUs work. Just because they physically turn on does not mean they're delivering safe, clean, power to the PC. You can only verify a PSU is "working perfectly fine" with thousands of dollars in load testing equipment. It's a bit like saying a person who just died of a heart attack has a heart that was perfectly fine five minutes before the heart attack, when we know that's not true.
These are cutrate, junk parts, full of corner-cutting and the cheapest Chinese capacitors they can source.
