Aorus gtx1080ti extreme 11g weird noise

So ive had this pc from fall and it has worked without problems.I went back to bf1,it worked fine,next day i update windows10 and nvidia drivers and this noise started,also my performance dropped alot(80fps max in bf1). Problem is that I can't tell where the sound is coming from, thanks for the video either way, it does help.

If you go into afterburner/XOC, and manually turn the fans down, does the noise still exist?

FYI, the latest GeForce patch (397.64) has been a bit wonky. I did have a very minor issue with my 1080 with performance, but after doing a clean installation of 397.64, I got all my performance back.

it only appears with under load,i did some testing,cpu was running fine,but gpu was running at 90-100% just staring at some scenery in bf1

Ah ok, it's just coil whine then. I've heard it before, just it sounds so muffled that I thought it was a fan.

Perfectly normal, don't worry about it.

i tested today again after updating drivers

-cpu is running fine
-gpu is maxed out at all times,inside or outside in bf1(60-90fps)

i have no idea whats causing it
