When I go to start my PC, it powers on but won’t show anything on the display, and the EZ DEBUG LED on my MSI z170a sli plus Mobo blinks (the CPU one) I first tried switching around the ram in different slots and that had worked but now it won’t work at all, I bought brand new ram and tried that and it still didn’t work. Is this a CPU or a mother board issue? I made sure all my connections were sound and also tried a breadboard
