Hard drive recognition issue/BIOS

Around a year or two ago this problem occurred. I bought a plug-in usb transfer device for my laptop hdd to transfer to my brand new tower, and while I had to use an alternate service to transfer the files-it all seemingly went off without a hitch. I got incredible slowdown and the like, so I restarted after all the files were done.

This is where the problem I've had has persisted for so many years, my computer no longer recognizes my hard drive-I have to force it to by mashing f11 as fast as I can at bootup, otherwise it recognizes nothing and enters a restart-loop.

My specs are:
Processor: AMD FX(tm) 4300 Quad Core processor
64 bit system, windows 10
Graphics: Nvidia GEforce GTX 780 TI
Ram: 16 gb

The only things i've changed about the computer is the heatsink fan because the first one stopped working after 3 months, and the graphics card and 16 Gbs of ram.

It makes a loud 'beep' whenever it restarts/boots up. A thing called 2.2B Infinity shows up after the 'no bootable device detected' and says 'press any key to enter BIOS' but all it does is restart the computer if I press a key.

I can't remember the motherboards model, but here's a link to the computer specifically, https://www.amazon.com/CYBERPOWERPC-Gamer-GUA520-Gaming-Desktop/dp/B011D79KJA

other then that there's not really been any issues, save for when I've attempted to download a video game, I got severe slowdown-and today when I downloaded the game again, my computer just suddenly jumped to the boot menu and I had to the ol force f11 trick a few times to get it back.

I'd gladly accept any kind of assistance whatsoever

I've ruled out malware largely because I've done many, many virus scans with various services and scrubbed everything I could.

Solution
What I would probably do.

It sounds like it could be a BIOS issue. I would reflash the BIOS....preferably with the latest one.

I would open up the PC and try to find the MB model and go on the internet and get the latest BIOS.
