I have a A8 3850 and I bought a 750ti. Now I need THE BEST BUDGET friendly CPU + Mobo Combination. Please suggest DDR3 cpu because one 8gb ram stick costs as one 750ti. I was looking at a 860k with a mobo at the same price of the CPU. What do you think?

Which is why I said "if". G55 boards support up to Athlon x4 6xx and the first series A8's. You would need a new motherboard preferable x88 but 78 chipsets can work to.

"i3 4130" Haswell i5-4570 Haswell

Out of everything here the i5-4570 would give you the best experience and better chips are going to ramp up in price considerable more, you failed to list a budget so I gave you cheaper options. Frankly a 860K and 8350 are still decent CPU's, your not playing AAA titles at Ultra settings or matching them with a 300+ GPU's and expecting to get Max everything but they do perfectly...

I see a few options

Athlon X4 860K $60 "Ebay" Provided your motherboard has the support for it.

Athlon X4 860K $60 "Ebay"
Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-D3H Rev: 3.0 $50 "Ebay"

i3 4130 "$55 Ebay"
ASUS B85M-E LGA 1150 "$60 Ebay"

FX 6300 "$55 Ebay"
A 970 Chipset Board motherboard "$60"

Performance and cost are about the same.

For gaming only this is a step up and cost a little more.

G3250 "$50 Ebay"
Z97 Motherboard "$70-$90 Ebay"

FX 8350 "$80"
A 970 Chipset motherboard "$60"

i5-4570 "$90-$110"
ASUS B85M-E LGA 1150 "$60 Ebay"

And then there is this which is a better combo over the above and your 750 TI.

I would suggest the LGA1150 would be the best starting point though or just anti up for the lower end Ryzen APU's or LGA1151 Pentiums since then you would have a current platform you can build around instead of a dead one that will receive nothing any longer.
