When I turn on my machine the fans are spinning for about a couple of seconds. Then these are stopping and starting again and then post screen appers and the machine boots up normally. The system is stable. There is no crash just this weird boot sequence. Is it normal?

Specs:
- ASRock AB350M Pro4
- BIOS version: 4.7
- AMD Ryzen 7 2700X

Solution
the issue is your ram and the ram timing of the mb. what your seeing is first power on post...mb trys and sets the ram speed and fails...causing an over clock failure and reboot. on reboot the mb is able to set the ram at default ram speed. on intel mb they have xmp profile see if your mb has that or amd version of it.
