Rise of the Tomb Raider won't run(PC). Response code does nothing, neither does Customer Support.

I have tried everything I can think of and everything I can find on the internet. No matter what I do, I always get this page https://support.codefusion.technology/rotr54675345/
and I have attempted to contact Customer Support for the Game and Steam numerous times in the past 3 days ( both do absolutely nothing) Has anyone else had this problem. Here are all the things I've tried:

Reinstalled on Steam Multiple times

Verified Game files on Steam Multiple times.

All latest drivers are installed and updated

All the latest Game libraries are installed and updated

My PC is well over Recommended Specs on almost, if not all, AAA games

Disabling Anti-Malware/Virus

Tried to find Log file for clues( no Log files)

Tried the response code with both Chrome and IE

Tried to run game on both Win7 and Win10( no change)

Tried installing in different locations.

Without SLI

With only 1 GPU

I am at the end of my rope... Any help is appreciated!

All other games I have tried have worked fine.
I tried uninstalling drivers in safe mode using Display Driver Uninstaller, and installed April's drivers.
I tried going back to base clock and loading optimized defaults in BIOS.

I had tried all the above before this happened, and there was no change.
Somehow, just today, the game's launcher comes up and launches the main menu of the game, which is an improvement. However, when I try to play any of the game modes or main story, it loads the cutscenes, and 1 second into the gameworld, it freezes and then CTD a few seconds later.
I have also tried loading lowest settings on 720p - no change

Update: I tried verifying game files again after it let me launch into the main menu. Now, the game seems to run as it should. My guess is, maybe they had to patch a bad update? or incompatibility in the last update? I don't know, but I'm glad to be able to play it again.
