Which RAM should I pick?

Hello, I've the G41M-VS3 Rev 2.0 Dual Channel 1333

Currently I've a 4gb of ram installed (2x 2gb)

I'd like to upgrade it to 8gb since it's the max that my board can handle as far as i read about it. I'd like to get two new RAMs,... 4gb each. (2x4gb)

What models should I pick? (reasonable prices)

So 2x4GB with DDR3-1333, DDR3-1066 or DDr3-8090.
Out of the there types... DDR3-1333 is the fastest module very common to find and 8Gb will run you about 50-75$
