Gpu temp too high?

I have a hp 870-100nv by omen
I get when I play rust with full graphics 100+ fps no problem but I get 82c on my gpu. Is that normal? I am considering buying a new case because in this particular tower there are not fans whatsoever except the psu and liquid cooling ones.

Nah, 82C isn't too high. It is uncomfortable and I'd add a fan or two to the case if you could, but it isn't anything to buy a brand new case over. Generally as long as you are under 90C you are ok. Would you mind telling us which graphics card you have? Some families of graphics cards are known for running hotter than others and knowing would give us a better idea as to if this is abnormal or not.

I have a gtx 1080 but the side where is sucks the air in is full of cables I cannot move

That does seem a little toasty for a 1080. I wouldn't worry about the cables that can't move. Air can get around cables. Like I said, if you can get another fan or two into the case pulling cool air in, it will be fine. If you can't, it still isn't anything to buy a case over... unless you are looking for a new case, in which case this is a great justification.

Can it be justified by living in greece where the temp right now is 30-35 or even 40 at the summer? Also on the only side it takes air from is the side thats removable so I dont know if I can do it. But the problem with a new case there is nobody reliable to change my case because I am too afraid to do it myself and the first law of greece for technicians is do it for the same cost as badly or cheaply as possible so I am afraid he will either not do the cable management required or he will just break the liquid cooling for my cpu and due to it being a closed system it must be replaced even if the liquid spills.

Yeah, that could justify getting a new case.

Honestly, a case swap isn't that hard. There are plenty of YouTube videos to show you how. Having an AIO water cooler will add some complexity, but not much. If you think you might forget to plug something back in, take pictures of how everything is before you move things. A camera is your best friend when you are taking something apart and you aren't sure how to put it back together. Just go slowly, take lots of pictures, and if you aren't sure, refer back to the pictures. You should have a motherboard manual or be able to download one so you know how the front panel connections go on. Just about everything is clearly labeled or looks like it goes where it goes. Just take it easy and trust your documentation. If all else fails, take some pictures of the problem and post them here so we can help you out.

Well, that is a bit of a hard question to answer. Generally you'll want to look for a case with big enough openings where the fans sit for air to go through. You'll want to be able to mount at least 1 120mm in the front, 2 is better but not necessary, and 1 120mm fan in the back. Top vents are nice because even if the fans aren't pushing out that way the heat is rising out. There are a number of good cases on the market for all budgets.

On top of that, case choice is pretty personal. You like what you like, and it will be what you have to look at for years if you keep building systems in it. So balance airflow with looks.

I like corsair's 570x for the 5 fans it can provide. I am kind of worried about how to set it up due to the cable management required

Someone is going to slap me for this but, you don't have to cable manage if you don't want to. Air can move around cables just fine. As long as you have air pushing in and pulling out it won't make a lick of difference if there are cables in the way.

The 570X is a beautiful case too. It is a little pricey though. If you have that kind of money sitting around go for it. I know that case would make me super happy.
