I'm upgrading my AMD FX-8320 system to an i7 8700k with a dual channel Crucial Ballistix Elite 2x 8GB 3200Mhz

I only have a few options to choose from in my price range where I live so I'll list down the 5 motherboards available and it'd be great if someone tells me which is better and why.

- MSI Z370-A PRO $143
- ASUS PRIME Z370-P $146
- Gigabyte Z370 HD3 $152
- MSI Z370 GAMING Plus $160
- MSI Z370 TOMAHAWK $169
(Prices converted to US Dollars)

* Second question: Will my 3200Mhz RAM work at 3200 out of the box or will I have to overclock it? Thanks.

all have got their strengths

-asus has got the best audio capacitors , richest safety features and looks the most durable. ALso their bios is FANTASTIC
- gigabyte has got a dual bios chip, hybrid fan headers(AIO pump control), intel lan, .
-msi has got usb gen 3.2 which is kinda good but yeah.

I would take the asus . gigabyte might have got an audio surroudn system and a better LAN, but the asus has got better safety features and an easy bios and control panel which takes for me the crown : http://ddr4motherboard.com/compare/GIGABYTE-Z370-HD3-REV.-1.0-vs-ASUS-PRIME-Z370-P

Choice is yours:)

Thanks so much for replying.

Things that need to be mentioned:-

- I do video editing for living alongside using Photoshop and After effects.
- I need the PC to be on and fully functioning on High Performance for around 12~16 hours a day.
- I'll be wanting to overclock my 8700k and also run my 3200Mhz RAM at its full speed. (If not now, I'll be definitely doing that in the future)
- I tend to game a lot and the internet where I live isn't the most stable so will that "Better LAN" thing help me and how?
- Electricity suddenly goes off where I live once~three times a week for about 5~40 minutes each time.
- My PC contains Cooler Master 500W PSU, MSI Gaming RX 480 4GB, 4 x 120m fans (including the Water Cooler's fans), 1SSD, 1x 7.2k HDD, 1x 5.4k (I know my GPU will be a bottleneck but I have a plan to fix that in the future)

I can definitely tell which CPU and RAM to buy but when it comes to motherboards I have no clue so you gotta help me make a definitive decision here.
