I currently am using a i5 7400 @3 ghz and a gtx 1050 ti. I was wondering if it would be a better idea to upgrade my cpu to a i7 7700 (my mobo does not support oc) or to upgrade my gpu to a gtx 1070. I know either upgrade would be compatable with my system, so that is not a factor. My goal is to be able to stream on twitch, while staying above 60 fps. When I am not streaming I get 140 fps. I would love a new gpu but that would probably bottleneck my 7400. Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!
