All the games on my PC crash on startup.

Every game I have tried opening has crashed during the first load. (EG: Warframe on the login screen, GTA V after the rockstar logos...) However Sea of Thieves works, but I think that it's because it's a Windows App not a game or something like that.

My Specs:
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit
CPU: AMD FX 6350
GPU: MSI Radeon RX 470 8GB
Motherboard: MSI 970 Gaming
RAM: Kingston HyperX 16GB DDR3 1866
Storage: Toshiba 3TB HDD, Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD

I have no idea what to do, please help.

Define crash, does the PC restart or does the game crash to desktop.

Run memtest86 on the sticks, and update to the latest drivers for the GPU after doing a clean uninstall using DDU. Check for updates for the SSD.

I got the games from Steam, and it's every game I have, I have tested Warframe, Deep Rock Galactic, Terra Tech, GTA V. I'm currently doing a memory test with memtest86 and can't try re-installing.

I did the test with memtest86 and it had no errors.
I used DDU and reinstalled my GPU drivers.
I updated my SSD Drivers.
This has fixed the issue from what games I have tested so far, thanks!
